Adi Herzberg is a Director and Head of Legal for Fund Structuring for the U.S. and Latin America in the General Counsel department of Credit Suisse, where she advises the global Asset Management business on complex fund formation, fund transactions, governance and compliance matters.
Before joining the Bank, Adi was a senior associate with Gibson Dunn, where she provided legal counsel and strategic advice to domestic and international clients in a broad corporate practice. Prior to law school, Adi managed product development and design teams at Wellogic, Inc., a start-up healthcare technology company.
Adi combines her legal and business background with a commitment for, and engagement with, the responsible investing field. Adi was nominated by Credit Suisse for election to the Board of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI). Adi has also served since 2013 as an advisor to Transform Finance, a field-building NGO working at the intersection of capital and social change with a $2 billion committed investor network. She contributes her expertise to various panels and publications in the legal and impact investment space, and has guest lectured at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Adi grew up between the suburbs of Tel Aviv and New York City. She received her J.D. in 2005 from the University of Virginia School of Law and earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2000. She is a member of the state bars of New York, New Jersey and California. She is also a member of the Women’s Investment Management Forum and the Global Impact Investing Network.
