Tess Feldman is a Senior Immigration Attorney at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. Her work is focused on removal defense for detainees. She currently serves on the AILA Northern California Advocacy Committee and 2018 Annual Conference Committee. Prior to joining CLSEPA in March of 2016, Tess worked as an associate attorney at the firm of Robert D. Ahlgren & Associates in Chicago, Illinois. There, she was Chair of the Immigration Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. In 2009, she worked with L.I.F.E. Argentina in Buenos Aires providing education and nutrition for low-income children. Tess holds a law degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She speaks Spanish and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
