Lauren Angelilli is a partner in Cravath’s Tax Department. Her practice focuses on advising clients on the tax and structuring aspects of mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, restructurings and joint ventures, both domestically and cross-border. Ms. Angelilli also works with clients on securities offerings and other financing transactions and regularly represents clients in front of the IRS on private ruling matters.
Ms. Angelilli’s clients have included Alere, Amblin Partners, AmerisourceBergen, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Ashland, the special committee of the board of directors of Assisted Living Concepts, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cable ONE, Cameron International, the special committee of the board of directors of CNH Global, Delta Air Lines, DreamWorks Animation, EMBARQ, Genpact, Graham Holdings, H.J. Ms. Angelilli was born in New York, New York. She received a B.S. magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2000. She joined Cravath in 2000 and became a partner in 2008.
