Alexis Kremen is Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Related Hudson Yards, where her work focuses on advising on all legal aspects of the development of the 28-acre Hudson Yards Project, a master plan for over 13 million square feet of mixed-use development on Manhattan’s West Side.

Prior to joining Related, Alexis was Special Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.  While at Fried Frank, her practice included the representation of developers and owners in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, concentrating in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial properties and commercial leasing.  Alexis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Tufts University and a Juris Doctorate (with High Honors) from the George Washington University Law School.
