North Carolina Paralegal CLE

Requirements: The North Carolina State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification Application for Recertification requires paralegals to complete six hours of continuing paralegal education (CPE) annually to maintain certification. At least one of those hours must be on professional responsibility (legal ethics).

Completing Your North Carolina Paralegal Requirements with PLI: PLI live seminars, live webcasts, and on-demand programs qualify for North Carolina Paralegal credit. View PLI programs approved for North Carolina Paralegal credit.

Attendance Reporting: Certified paralegal's are required to submit a copy of their certificate of attendance with The North Carolina State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification Application for Recertification.
