NALA Paralegal CLE

Requirements: The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) requires certified paralegals to complete a total of 50 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) programs, including a minimum of 5 hours of legal ethics, and not more than 10 hours of non-substantive, during each five-year recertification period.

Completing Your NALA Paralegal Requirements with PLI: PLI applies for approval from The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) for select PLI programs. View PLI’s NALA Certified Paralegal-Approved Programs.

Attendance Reporting: The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) requires paralegals to report their own credits via the NALA online portal.
