Florida Paralegal CLE

Requirements: The Florida Bar requires Florida Registered Paralegals to complete a minimum of 33 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain their status. Of the 33 hours, 5 hours must be in ethics or professionalism and 3 hours in technology. Florida registered Paralegals do not have to meet a Basic Skills Course requirement.

Completing Your Florida Paralegal Requirements with PLI: PLI live seminars, live webcasts, and on-demand programs qualify for Florida Paralegal credit. View PLI programs approved for Florida Paralegal credit.

PLI is an MCLE Provider with the Florida Bar. Providers are required to submit applications for each program.

Attendance Reporting: The Florida Bar requests that paralegals self-report their attendance information. Please visit the Florida Bar Members Portal to report your credits. PLI courses are approved by the Florida Bar. When reporting your FRP CE credits, choose 'The Florida Bar' as the Course Provider and enter the course number.
