Requirements: CPE credit requirements vary by state. Please consult the CPE Requirements section on the NASBA National Registry of CPE Sponsors website for state-specific requirements.

Completing Your CPE Requirements with PLI: Practising Law Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: nasbaregistry.org

Many PLI and SECI live programs, live Groupcasts, live webcasts, and on-demand programs offer CPE credit. Live programs and live Groupcasts are categorized as Group-Live delivery. Live webcasts (if offered for CPE) are categorized as Group-Internet-Based (GIB). NASBA-approved program levels include: basic, intermediate, advanced, update, and overview.
