CLE Requirements: The Guam Bar Association requires attorneys to complete a minimum of 10 credits, including 2 credits in ethics or professionalism, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by January 31 of the following year. A maximum of 6 credits, including 2 ethics credits, may be carried over for 1 year only. For additional information, please see Section 3(a) of the Supreme Court of Guam’s Amended Rule Governing Mandatory Continuing Legal Education.

Completing Your Guam Requirements with PLI: Per Section 7(a)4 of the Supreme Court of Guam’s Amended Rule Governing Mandatory Continuing Legal Education, courses or activities offered by a provider accredited by the official CLE committee of another jurisdiction or a national CLE accrediting body are automatically approved for credit. PLI programs are accredited by and or meet the requirements of the official CLE committees of all US MCLE states and can fulfill Guam's CLE requirements. There is no limit to the number of credits an attorney can earn with PLI products.

Attendance Reporting: Attorneys must report their own attendance to the Guam Bar Association.
