A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Reslan is an associate in the litigation department at Davis Polk.  Mr. Reslan’s practice focuses on white collar crime, including internal investigations, FCPA and other investigatory and anti-corruption-related matters.  Mr. Reslan is currently completing a one year rotation at Davis Polk’s Hong Kong office as a member of the firm’s Global Enforcement practice.  During his time at Davis Polk, Mr. Reslan has represented a number of immigrant victims of human trafficking. 

Prior to joining Davis Polk, Mr. Reslan practiced law with a major Canadian law firm in Bahrain from 2010-2011.  During that year, Mr. Reslan was seconded to the Saudi Arabian government’s offices in Riyadh to assist with the development of the Kingdom’s peaceful atomic and renewable energy laws and bilateral agreements for nuclear cooperation.

Mr. Reslan is a graduate of the University of Windsor and Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Toronto and clerked for Associate Chief Justice Dennis O’Connor and Justice of Appeal Eleanor Cronk of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.  Mr. Reslan is fluent in Arabic and Spanish.
