Zachary L. Ziliak

Zachary Ziliak is an associate in Mayer Brown’s litigation practice. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge Janice Rogers Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He is a member of the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Records Management Practice. He regularly makes use of his IT background and graduate work in mathematics to assist clients with e-discovery needs, such as through the use of statistical sampling techniques to design backup tape remediation programs. Zach, a former Rhodes Scholar, received B.S. and B.A. degrees, one with distinction and three with high distinction, from Indiana University in 1994; an M.B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (now the Booth School of Business) in 2002; and a J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006.
