William L. Wallander

Bill has 23 years experience in workout and restructuring transactions, distressed asset acquisitions and divestitures, and reorganization proceedings. Bill's practice includes representation of secured lenders, bondholders, creditors, committees, trustees, and debtors in restructuring transactions, remedies enforcement, and bankruptcy cases. Bill has also served as an expert witness in Bankruptcy Court.
