Bill Daley is Associate General Counsel - Labor and Employment Law at Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), one of the world’s largest agribusinesses and commodities trading firms.  In this role, he leads ADM’s global labor and employment law practice where he advises the Company’s Human Resources function, Senior Business Leaders and Executive Leadership Team on the full spectrum of labor and employment law issues, proactively develops enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies and infrastructure and creates and implements significant cost saving measures.  

Prior to joining ADM, Bill managed corporate strategic and field employment law concerns for US Foods, one of the country’s largest privately-held companies, and served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for JPMorgan Chase, Inc., a leading global financial services firm. In these roles, he gained invaluable experience in developing risk mitigation strategies and creating practical, business-focused solutions related to the wide range of labor and employment concerns that affect today’s employers.

Bill began his career in private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he built a diverse labor and employment practice with national law firms.  He serviced a diverse client base including Fortune 500 corporations, world class resort and entertainment companies, leading manufacturers, large government contractors and start-up companies. 

Bill holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin (B.A) and Marquette University Law School (J.D.). He is admitted to practice in Nevada, Wisconsin and Illinois.
