William F Miracky

William F. Miracky is a Senior Partner at Monitor Group, and co-heads the firm’s National Economic Development and Security practice, where he serves a range of government, commercial, and NGO clients. Mr. Miracky also co-founded and co-leads Monitor’s High-Performance Bureaucracy initiative. He co-authored Monitor’s original report on sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), Assessing the Risks: The Behavior of Sovereign Wealth Funds in the Global Economy, and oversees the firm’s ongoing SWF research program in partnership with Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM). Mr. Miracky has spoken widely on the topic of SWFs and his work has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Reuters, and other major business and economics media outlets. Mr. Miracky received his Ph.D. in Economics from M.I.T. and his A.B. from Stanford University.
