VINCENT T. CHANG is a litigation partner at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP in New York and handles cases involving insurance, bankruptcy, investment banking, hedge funds, fixed income securities, mortgage backed securities and other commercial areas.  Mr. Chang is a graduate of Harvard College Magna Cum Laude and Harvard Law School Cum Laude.  He clerked for the Hon. Robert Krupanksy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Chang has served, or serves, on the boards of directors of the New York County Lawyers Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, the South Asian Bar Association of New York, the Judicial Friends Foundation, the Network of Bar Leaders, Legal Services NYC and the Asian American Law Fund of New York.  Mr. Chang serves, or has served, on the Nominating Committees of the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and the Network of Bar Leaders.  Mr. Chang has served as the President of Asian American Bar Association of New York, Chair of the Federal Courts Committee of NYCLA, Chair of the NYCLA Foundation, Co-Chair of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Litigation Committee, Co-Chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s Judiciary Committee.  Mr. Chang serves on the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee On Judicial Independence, the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Gun Violence, the New York State Bar Association’s  Committee on Court Structure and Operations , the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Federal Legislative Priorities, and the New York State Office of Court Administration Task Force on the Small Claims Court.

Mr. Chang has been designated a Super Lawyer in Business Litigation and is a recipient of the New York City Bar Association’s  Diversity Champion Award and the Council on Urban Professionals’ Catalyst Change Agent Award (Law).
