In this session you will learn tips on working with individuals who identify as transgender, language to describe the transgender experience, and the current context in which those experiences are happening to best provide effective legal services for your clients.  The speakers will discuss how to address bias faced by clients in the legal process so that attorneys can better serve the transgender community through advocacy.
