Ms. Davis is a Partner at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP in the firm's commercial litigation and cybersecurity groups where she represents clients in a wide variety of complex business and commercial matters in state and federal court, including financial services litigation, class action defense, complex real estate matters, and business divorce litigation. Ms. Davis also acts as a strategic litigation consultant to attorneys engaged in complex commercial litigation in New York State Courts.

Prior to joining ZEK, Ms. Davis served as Principal Court Attorney to Justice Charles Edward Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division in Manhattan. Ms. Davis also served as a Senior Court Attorney in the Law Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Term, in Manhattan. She was an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School.

Ms. Davis served as chair of the highly-distinguished 2,300 lawyer Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of New York State Court's Commercial Division Advisory Council. Ms. Davis also served as a member of the New York State Bar Association 's Committee on Technology and the Legal Profession .

Ms. Davis received her B.A. degree from Montclair State University (formerly Montclair State College) and J.D. degree from American University, Washington College of Law.

Ms. Davis is a frequent speaker on topics involving complex commercial litigation, class actions and data privacy/cybersecurity litigation.
