Tinaddine Turner is the Director of Adoption and KinGAP Support Services. In this capacity, Tinaddine has operational oversight of several programs- Adoption Support Unit, Post-Adoption Services, Adoption Subsidy Unit, and KinGAP, in addition to providing technical assistance to contracted agencies. She ensures policies are established and implemented to achieve individual program goals and objectives. Tinaddine has been working with children and families at the NYC Administration for Children's Services for the last 16 years, and has been progressively promoted since starting with the agency in 1997.

Tinaddine completed her undergraduate degree at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and holds a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and a Post-Master's Certificate in Social Work Administration from Hunter College.
