Terra Reynolds is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department. A former federal prosecutor, her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal and government investigations, and complex litigation, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Ms. Reynolds’ experience includes representing multinational pharmaceutical companies and domestic healthcare companies in internal investigations and government investigations before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Ms. Reynolds has extensive experience in a broad range of investigations and prosecutions, having tried more than a dozen federal criminal cases and led numerous complex investigations involving a diverse array of subject matters, including racketeering, healthcare fraud, corporate fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, and multinational narcotics trafficking conspiracies. She also has briefed and argued many matters before the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to joining Latham, she was counsel at another leading law firm. Prior to that, Ms. Reynolds served from 2003-2014 as an Assistant US Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois, most recently as a Deputy Chief in the General Crimes Unit.

Ms. Reynolds is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University and serves on the Chicago Legal Clinic Board of Directors.
