Tabitha Edgens is a Senior Attorney in the Securities and Corporate Practices Division in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. In this role, Ms. Edgens advises OCC policymakers, senior managers and examiners on a range of banking, securities, derivatives, and fiduciary matters, with an emphasis on Volcker Rule implementation.

Prior to joining the OCC, Ms. Edgens focused on bank regulatory matters as an associate with a major law firm.

Ms. Edgens is a graduate of Yale Law School and Tulane University.
