Subsidized Housing Terminations [01:14:25]

Subsidized housing tenants are entitled to due process before losing their housing subsidy, and effective representation at termination hearings is critical to preserving affordable housing. Enhanced notice requirements also provide additional defenses to subsidized tenants defending unlawful detainer actions. This session will enable you to effectively represent tenants facing loss of their subsidized housing.
