Primary Areas of Practice:  Manages video and satellite issues before the Federal Communications Commission

Law School:  Fuller has a juris doctorate from Emory School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.              

Work History:  Prior to joining DIRECTV, Fuller worked at the Federal Communications Commission as the media advisor to Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy. Before that, she was a Communications and Public Policy associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and director, Legal Affairs at Discovery Communications, Inc., specializing in affiliation agreements.    

Professional Memberships:  Fuller is chair of the board of the Satellite Industry Association and on the Executive Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (“FCBA”).  She also was formerly the chair of the FCBA Foundation.
