Stacey Berg Keller is an Assistant General Counsel in the Operations and Technology and Intellectual Property Law Group of Citigroup Inc. She joined Citigroup in 2001.  Her practice includes searching, clearing and prosecuting trademarks for Citigroup and its many subsidiaries around the world. She handles global enforcement and litigation concerning trademarks, domain names, trade names, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property. Ms. Keller also drafts policies and reviews promotional materials, websites, URLs/domain names, mobile applications and social media initiatives for intellectual property issues.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Ms. Keller was an attorney in the Trademark Group at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. She began her legal career as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Ms. Keller is active in the International Trademark Association, as a writer on the INTA Bulletin Committee and formerly chaired the Regular Members Committee. Ms. Keller also volunteers with UJA-Federation of New York and its Lawyers Division which recognized her with the 2010 James H. Fogelson Emerging Leadership Award.

Ms. Keller graduated from Harvard College, with an A.B. magna cum laude in History and Science. She earned an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England while participating in a Rotary International Ambassador of Goodwill fellowship. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
