Spencer Feldman concentrates his practice in the areas of public offerings, shelf takedowns, registered directs, private equity, venture capital, PIPEs and other private financings, rights offerings and reverse public offerings, with an emphasis on representing computer, Internet, medical device and other technology-driven companies.
Spencer serves as counsel to a number of emerging technology business ventures, including companies involved in digital advertising, advanced lighting technologies, Internet dispute resolution, point-of-sale computer manufacturing, web-based learning systems, e-commerce payment systems, facial animation software, and biopharmaceutical vaccines and diagnostics.

Spencer serves as head of the firm's Smaller Publicly Traded Companies Practice Group. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology, a leading international publication for bioscience business professionals.
