Shalini Agarwal is a Partner at In Se Legal, a unique Indian law firm with offices in the UK and India. Originally from New Delhi, Shalini holds a Degree in English literature followed by her LL.B from the Faculty of Law in New Delhi. She read law at Cambridge University where she completed an LL.M with a focus on international law and intellectual property. As a recipient of the BCCI and Foreign & Commonwealth Scholarships, followed by the prestigious Pegasus Scholarship, Shalini interned with Clifford Chance and with Counsel Chambers in London prior to returning to India to practice law. Shalini is dual qualified and is a member of the Bar Council of India and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Shalinis’ practice is exclusively in the area of Indian Law.

Shalini divides her time between India and London. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences on various topics relating to doing business in India.
