Serrin Turner is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where he serves as the Office's Cybercrime Coordinator. He has prosecuted numerous cybercrime cases, including the prosecution of Ross Ulbricht, the operator of the Silk Road website, a highly sophisticated online black market for illegal drugs; the prosecution of Liberty Reserve, a digital-currency service alleged to have laundered billions of dollars in proceeds from online criminal activity; and many other cases involving computer hacking, credit card trafficking, bank fraud, and related crimes.
