Sean Romanoff is part of Exec-Comm’s law firm group and also consults with a wide variety of other clients that span insurance, professional services, and banking & finance. He trains and coaches people to improve the way they present, write for business, sell, and influence others. His goal is to help you perform more effectively by helping you put the focus on your audience. That way you deliver your ideas more clearly, with stronger presence – and ultimately with greater impact. And this approach helps you achieve your goals more effectively, as well.

After working as an attorney in general practice, Sean taught writing and presentation courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He focused on key concepts like voice, clarity, and persuasion, and trained students to manage their own reactions to the stress of speaking in front of others. In addition to his teaching, Sean also worked as a freelance copywriter and marketing consultant where he helped organizations of all sizes communicate using genuine, authentic language so they not only added clients – but built a loyal community. As a freelance copywriter, he wrote for organizations like ADP, Pearson Education, and Seton Hall Law School.

Sean earned his JD from Rutgers School of Law after receiving his BA with honors from the Ohio State University. When he’s not helping clients, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his twin passions of reading and writing. He lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with his wife, son, daughter, and two dogs.
