Scott A. Fink is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco. He specializes in business litigation with an emphasis on accountants’ liability and securities litigation. He also has experience in consumer class action, antitrust, insurance, bankruptcy, age discrimination, and general commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a number of significant matters, including Big Four accounting firms in numerous securities, professional malpractice, and RICO actions and in SEC investigations. His education includes an undergraduate degree with distinction from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he received the Henry M. Bates Scholarship Award, given to the five outstanding members of his graduating class. He is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of San Francisco.
