Sara Brooke Littauer is the Director of Development and Training and New York Talent at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Door LLP.

Sara is responsible for the Firm's development and training initiatives, including the implementation of WilmerHale's Career Advancement Program, a competency-based talent management program. She is also responsible for WilmerHale's mentoring program, Matter Management Training Initiative, Women's Leadership Initiative, Upward Evaluations and WilmerHale's continuing legal education program. Additionally, Sara oversees Recruiting, Legal Personnel, Training, Development and Diversity for WilmerHale's New York office.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Sara was the Director of Attorney Development at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. At Weil, Sara developed their first Partner Leadership and Coaching program.

Before moving to the legal industry, Sara was a consultant with Hay Group, a global Management Consulting Firm. During her 6-year tenure at Hay, she helped develop their legal industry consulting practice. She specialized in executive coaching, leadership development and Emotional Intelligence. She has spoken widely on Emotional Intelligence and is published in the area of law firm leadership.

Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Concentration in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She is a triathlete and marathon runner.
