Samantha Green serves as an eDiscovery Counsel for Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), in which capacity she serves as a subject matter expert on all aspects of electronic discovery, drawing on her more than dozen years of litigation and consulting experience.  She has advised, written and spoken at numerous conferences and conducted CLE programs and webcasts on all phases of the electronically stored information (ESI) life cycle, with a broad range of experience in initial case assessment and engagement management. 
Samantha has an in-depth understanding of electronic discovery, litigation readiness, ESI hosting, review and production processes as well as the different technology and business approaches and cost implications associated with each.  She has drafted electronic discovery response plans and best practices for both law firm and corporate clients, and formulated workflow solutions for a wide range of large and complex discovery matters.

As a litigator, Samantha has taken a number of cases from pre-discovery through trial, and has handled a broad spectrum of cases, from government investigations (including FCPA and antitrust matters) to HSR second requests and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining DTI, Samantha was the eDiscovery Attorney in Blank Rome’s New York City office, focusing on electronic discovery-related matters.  Before that she worked on a variety of complex litigation matters, trained attorneys and paralegals on litigation support software, and conducted in-house CLEs and training programs on electronic discovery topics for Moses & Singer’s New York office, after having been an attorney with Proskauer Rose.

Samantha is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and the Seton Hall University School of Law.  She is a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the Women in E-Discovery organization.
