Sal Hernandez has extensive experience in representing and counseling clients through complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.  Mr. Hernandez has represented a variety of corporate and individual clients with business disputes arising from contracts, partnerships, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, broker-dealer sales practices, employment and other business torts.

Mr. Hernandez also regularly appears as counsel in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association on claims surrounding restrictive covenants, breach of contract, interference with contractual relations, trade secrets, unfair competition, raiding, suitability of investments and breach of fiduciary duty.

Since 2010, SuperLawyers has named Mr. Hernandez a Mid-South Rising Star.  

Mr. Hernandez also serves as Chairman of Nashville Metropolitan Government's Transportation Licensing Commission.

Mr. Hernandez graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and Princeton University.  After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Gilbert S. Merritt at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
