Ronen Arad is a Director in PwC's Forensic Services practice. Since joining PwC, he has been involved in many aspects of complex business and financial analyses, both in the normal course of business and in the context of litigation. He has wide-ranging experience advising clients regarding the calculation of economic remedies, the optimization of revenue and costs through contract compliance and licensing management, the analysis and interpretation of large data sets of electronically stored information, and the identification of misappropriated assets. He has assisted numerous clients with forensic-based contract compliance examinations across a range of client industries.

Mr. Arad has also worked on various financial consulting engagements, including the valuation of business claims and interests, the application of business analytics for a range of purposes, customer profitability analyses, and return on investment analyses.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Licensing Executives Society, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (non-CPA member), and frequently speaks on issues involving intellectual property, contract compliance and forensic accounting.
