Roger J. Conlon is Special Advisor to Office of Chief Counsel (International). His assignments encompass a broad range of international tax subjects affecting foreign manufacturing and distribution, international cash management, global reorganizations, deployment of intellectual property, pricing cross border transactions, as well as passive offshore investments.

Prior to joining OCCI, Roger was a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP for more than 25 years. He devoted the majority of his time on client engagements designing and implementing global supply chain structures as well as consulting on determining the U.S. and foreign tax consequences to acquiring, selling or reorganizing businesses.  Among his many roles with the firm, Roger served as Partner in Charge of the Minneapolis Tax Practice as well as lead instructor for Deloitte's international tax programs.
