Rob Biskup is a Director at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector and private professional settings. Rob serves as the regional leader of the firm’s Corporate Compliance practice, as well as our Corporate Investigations and Forensic Accounting practice, and our Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) practice. He also serves as the national automotive sector leader for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.

Rob is the former global chief compliance officer at Ford Motor Company, and also served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary at Ford. As a former officer of a Fortune 10 public company, Rob has vast experience and knowledge of the complexities of managing issues affecting large international corporations. Prior to Ford, Rob practiced law with the international law firm of Sidley Austin LLP.

Rob has extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs and related internal controls, and auditing and monitoring mechanisms. He also has extensive experience handling sensitive regulatory matters and internal investigations on behalf of management and boards of directors, including investigations involving financial fraud and corruption. Rob has handled Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations and transactional due diligence reviews in high-risk countries around the world.

Recent Experience
  • Led corporate compliance program assessment and design work on behalf of one of America’s largest public utility companies, following a major environmental incident.
  • Led corporate compliance program assessment and design work on behalf of a global medical equipment and imaging company.
  • Led compliance program implementation effort at a major global pharmaceutical and medical device company following Corporate Integrity Agreement with the federal government.
  • Advised the world’s largest automotive company in connection with sudden acceleration recall crisis and congressional hearings.
  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance program implementation and investigations and due diligence reviews in various countries including China, Romania, Vietnam, Brazil, and Mexico.
  • Led global (40 countries total) compliance assessment on behalf of a major global automobile manufacturer and consumer finance company.
  • Led key aspects of the Firestone tire/Ford Explorer recall crisis, including regulatory proceedings, Congressional hearings, and State Attorney General investigations.
  • Internal investigations for companies in manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, consumer and industrial products industries.
