Rita is a Director in PriceWaterhouceCoopers' National Professional Services Group situated in the Silicon Valley Technology Practice. She has 14 years of experience in serving technology companies ranging from venture capital-backed start-ups to public multinationals in a variety of industries ranging from technology (software/semiconductor/internet) to life science and pharmacueticals.

Rita helps PwC client service teams and their clients navigate the myriad of complex and emerging accounting rules surrounding revenue recognition, business combinations and employee benefits and assisted companies with the resolution of challenging SEC inquiries into their accounting practices. Rita authored many of PwC's software industry thought leadership documents, including the User-friendly guide to Software Revenue Recognition and whitepapers such as, "A Shifting Software Revenue Recognition Landscape: Insights on Potential Impacts of IFRS and US GAAP Convergence." She has also co-authored and regularly speaks at forums, including PwC’s sold-out and highly acclaimed Software Revenue Recognition Bootcamp for clients in the San Jose area.
