Reid M. Figel is a Partner at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, P.L.L.C. Mr. Figel graduated from Middlebury College (A.B., cum laude, with honors in Political Science, 1978).  He received the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, 1978-79. He graduated from New York University School of Law (LL.B., 1982), where he was a member of the New York University Law Review. Mr. Figel was Law Clerk to Judge George C. Pratt, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and Judge James R. Browning, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Figel was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Southern District of New York, 1987-98, then served as Deputy Chief, 1993-95; and Chief, 1995-98, at the U.S. Attorneys' Office, Southern District of New York, Securities and Commodities Fraud Unit.
