Rachel Sottile Logvin, MS

Mrs. Logvin is a champion of systems reform, having served as an executive administrator in non-profit and state government for over twenty years. She began her career as an investigator of child abuse allegations in Miami’s foster care system. From 2008 to July, 2015, Mrs. Logvin served as the Executive Director of YES Institute in Miami, where she spearheaded the organization’s rapid growth and expansion. She created collaborative partnerships throughout the U.S. and Latin America with leaders in business, healthcare, religion, and juvenile justice, providing powerful communication and educational models on gender and sexual orientation to keep all youth safe. Mrs. Logvin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Psychology & Political Science, and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. She was the recipient of the National Association of Social Workers "2013 Citizen of the Year" Award for Miami-Dade County.
