Cab Morris is a partner in the Corporate Department in Winston & Strawn LLP's Chicago office who concentrates his practice in securities and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Morris works extensively with companies such as: Motorola Solutions, Inc., TreeHouse Foods, Inc., Exelon Corporation, Illinois Tool Works Inc., Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., A.M. Castle & Co. and Newell Brands, Inc., among others. In addition, Mr. Morris regularly represents underwriters in public securities offerings, including: Citigroup Global Markets; Morgan Stanley; BofA Merrill Lynch; Goldman, Sachs, J.P. Morgan; and Barclays Capital.

In recent years, he has represented issuers and underwriters in public and Rule 144A debt offerings aggregating approximately $50 billion. He also has been involved in more than 20 initial public offerings for companies in various industries, including biotechnology, gaming, technology and manufacturing.

Mr. Morris also regularly represents emerging, pre-IPO companies in the technology and pharmaceuticals industries in exempt capital raising transactions.

He also is a certified public accountant and spent several years in the auditing group of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Morris received a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1982, and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1987.

Mr. Morris was listed in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 editions of Best Lawyers in America for securities/capital markets.
