Phillip H. Warren has been Chief of the San Francisco Office, Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice since 2002. He has 30 years of antitrust enforcement experience. He also has led or supervised more than 65 international cartel investigations. These matters have resulted in dozens of corporate prosecutions in which fines of over $10 million have been imposed, have resulted in prison terms for many high-level corporate executives, and have yielded a total of over $2.1 billion in criminal fines. Mr. Warren is a graduate of UCLA School of Law.
