Phil Gregorcy is the Vice President – Corporate Tax for Mondelez International, Inc.  Phil assumed this role as part of the Spin-Off of the Kraft Foods Group, Inc. North American Grocery Business from Kraft Foods Inc. (renamed Mondelez International, Inc.).  Phil is responsible for the Mondelez tax function and is responsible for worldwide tax strategies and planning and federal, state, and local tax compliance.

Prior to his Vice President role, Phil was Senior Director, International & Strategic Tax Planning for Kraft Foods Inc. where he was involved in numerous acquisition/disposition transactions including the spin-off of Kraft Foods Global, Inc., the acquisition and integration of Cadbury Plc ($20B) and LU biscuit ($7B), the Tombstone Pizza disposition, and the Post Cereal Reverse Morris Trust transaction.  Previously he was Director, Kraft Global Tax Planning serving both Kraft (food) and Altria (tobacco) in determining the tax consequences and alternatives for multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic restructurings.

Phil’s leadership role at Mondelez has increased with new responsibilities for corporate tax accounting and worldwide direct tax compliance being added.

Phil earned his B.S. in Accounting from Rockford College.  He received his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
