Peter C. Schechter

Peter guides clients through all phases of intellectual property disputes, from pre-litigation analyses through trial, if necessary. He advises clients on, and manages interdisciplinary legal teams handling, intellectual property purchases and sales, whether stand-alone transactions or as part of broader corporate transactions. A registered patent practitioner since 1984, he also conducts and supervises others in the handling of complex U.S. Patent and Trademark Office proceedings, including Inter partes reviews, post-grant reviews, patent reexaminations, and reissue proceedings, particularly those related to pending or anticipated litigation matters.
