Patricia Meadow is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institution Supervision Group (FISG) at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is currently the head of the Large International and Large Domestic Financial Institutions Function within FISG. Prior to this position, she was the   head of the Regional and Community Banks and Consumer Compliance Function within FISG. Patricia joined the Bank in February 2011.

From 2007 until joining the Bank, Patricia was First Deputy Superintendent in the New York State Banking Department where she was responsible for supervisory matters related to large complex financial institutions and regional and community banks.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of financial services, Patricia has held management positions in major international financial institutions in the areas of corporate lending and portfolio restructuring, business development, administration, and human resources. Patricia is fluent in Spanish, and conversant in Portuguese and French.

Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Arcadia University.
