Patricia E. Alberts, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP

Patricia Alberts practices in the New York office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, a major global law firm, in its eDiscovery and Information Management Practice Group.

Ms. Alberts consults on electronic discovery and data privacy issues in both criminal and civil matters, foreign and domestic. She advises clients in all stages of discovery, negotiates international discovery protocols, participates in Rule 26 Meet and Confers and assists in proactive ediscovery planning, such as legal hold procedures, litigation response plans and document retention polices. 

Patricia is also proud to head the New York City chapter of Women in eDiscovery, the largest chapter of a nationwide non-profit organization with the dual mandate of supporting women in the industry and contributing to charities focused on assisting women and children in need.
