Patricia Dudley (“Patty”), EADS North America’s Director of International Trade Compliance, is responsible for ensuring that EADS North America, its subsidiaries, and other EADS North American entities have robust trade compliance and training programs are compliant with U.S. export control and related international trade laws and regulations.

Ms. Dudley has an extensive background in international trade compliance and direct experience working with the U.S. foreign policy and national security establishment. With more than16 years of hands-on experience in the satellite services and defense industry, Ms. Dudley started her career with the U.S. Department of State, supporting three Secretaries of State and serving as a Licensing Officer at DDTC.

Ms. Dudley is an experienced auditor, public speaker and trainer. Her audit experience includes conducting internal company audits as well as USG directed audits and has hit on a wide range of organizations, from multi-million dollar corporations and manufacturers to second and third tier suppliers and one major U.S. University. Additionally Ms. Dudley is an experienced trainer, she has developed and presented numerous training sessions both for internal corporate consumption and public forums presenting for groups ranging from 50 to 500 attendees. Target audiences for these sessions have varied from Senior Leadership to tackling specific issues related to Business Development, product classification, technical data, licensing strategy and compliance.
