Patrice Doat

Patrice Doat is a partner in the Banking and Finance Department of Gide Loyrette Nouel. Mr. Doat joined Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. He was a resident partner of the London office of Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2007 and 2008. Mr. Doat has extensive background in international finance, ranging from general banking through acquisition finance, to securitization. He has represented both leading U.S. and European investment banks in many banking and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Doat’s current practice focuses on covered bonds issuance programs and securitization transactions, particularly whole-business securitization, securitization buy-outs, multi-jurisdictional car fleet securitization, and various types of RMBS, ABS, and ABCP transactions.
