Pamela M. Krill is Associate General Counsel at CUNA Mutual Group. Prior to this, she was a shareholder in the Securities Practice Group of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where she specialized in securities and corporate law with expertise in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance and reporting, general corporate matters, representation before the SEC, various stock exchanges, and the state securities commissions. Ms. Krill graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Wisconsin Law Review. Ms. Krill is the author of “Quill Corp. v. North Dakota: Tax Nexus Under the Due Process and Commerce Clauses No Longer the Same,” which was published by the Wisconsin Law Review in the Fall of 1993. Ms. Krill received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment and Banking, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with distinction. Ms. Krill is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
