Pablo A. Fernandez holds a J.D. from CUNY School of Law and B.S. from St. John’s University. Pablo Fernandez is an attorney with the Office of the Nassau County Attorney, where he is a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Litigation Department. The Litigation Department defends against all civil matters brought against Nassau County, including Section 1983 actions.  Prior to his work with the Litigation Department, Pablo represented Nassau County’s Department of Social Services.

Prior to his appointment to the Office of the Nassau County Attorney, Pablo was in private practice with Bermingham & Fernandez LLP.  His practice concentrated in criminal defense, immigration and construction law litigation.  Pablo also serves as an adjunct law professor with the Maurice A. Dean School of Law, where he teaches Legal Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation.
