Nicole A. Saharsky is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Co-Chair of the firm's nationwide Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group. She recently joined Gibson Dunn after serving ten years as an Assistant to the Solicitor General at the United States Department of Justice. In that role, she argued twenty-nine cases in the Supreme Court of the United States, spanning a wide range of substantive areas, including securities fraud, labor and employment, corporate criminal liability, administrative law, and intellectual property. She also drafted over two hundred briefs in the Supreme Court.

Ms. Saharsky is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Minnesota Law School. She clerked for the Honorable Carolyn Dineen King on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and also served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General.
