PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dominik "Nick" Slonek started in the Downtown San Francisco Office Leasing Market with Nelson Peterson & Associates in 1988. He joined Coldwell Banker (predecessor-in-Interest to CB Richard Ellis) in 1990 and enjoyed a successful career there until 2004, In 2004, Nick, with his partners,opened the San Francisco office of Cornish & Carey Commercial. Inc. Nick has represented over 10 million square feet of office tenants in his 22 years in the commercial real estate business. Nick's core competency and focus are corporate tenant representation on a local, national and international basis.


PROFESSIONAL A F F I L I A T I O N S

Nick is senior member of The Guardsmen, a group that raises money to fund the private education and recreational activities for underprivileged children. He recently completed his twentieth year as a member of the Belden Club, which serves Bay Area real estate professionals. Nick is very involved with the March of Dimes and the San Francisco Boys & Girls Club and participates on Bay Area Chapter Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Big " C SocietylBear Backers that assist U.C. Berkeley's Athletic Department with the funding of athletic scholarships, supplies and equipment. Nick has been the Secretary and Board member of the California Vintage Wine Society lor the past four years.

ACHIEVEMENTS

While wlth CB Richard Ellis, Nick ranked first in revenue production in the San Francisco Downtown Offlce in 1998, 2002 and 2003. He and his partners were "Top 5" performers in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and again in 2003. Nick continues to rank among the top performers at Cornish & Carey.

E D U C A T I O N

Nick attended the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Bachelor degree in History in 1987 and played varsity water polo.
