  • Represented Eastgate Realty, as landlord, in the lease of approximately 30,100 rentable square feet of office space to JPB Foundation at 875 Third Avenue in New York, NY.
  • Represented 450 Partners LLC, an affiliate of Brookfield Properties, as landlord, in a lease of approximately 227,000 rentable square feet of office space at 5 Manhattan West, 450 West 33rd Street, to R/GA Media Group, Inc.
  • Represented Eastgate Realty, as landlord, in connection with a lease of 90,000 rentable square-feet of office space to Troutman Sanders at 875 Third Avenue, New York, NY.
  • Represented 99 Park Avenue Associates, L.P., as landlord, in the lease of approximately 48,000 RSF of office space to Experis US, Inc., and Right Management Inc. in the building located at 99 Park Avenue, New York, New York.
  • Represented 875 Third Avenue LLC, as landlord, in the lease of 110,000 square feet of office space to Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. in the building located at 875 Third Avenue, New York, New York.
  • Represented architectural firm, Beyer Blinder Belle, as tenant, in a lease of 52,125 rentable square feet of office space at 120 Broadway in New York, New York.
  • Lease representing 120 Park Avenue Associates LLC, as landlord, in a large-scale office lease of more than 400,000 square feet at 120 Park Avenue to financial information and technology company Bloomberg L.P.
  • Represented Trinity Real Estate, as landlord, in the lease of 260,000 square feet of office space to Havas North America, Inc., as tenant, in the buildings located at 200 Hudson Square, New York, NY, and 205 Hudson Square, New York, NY.
  • Lease representing Trinity Real Estate, as landlord, in a lease of 30,000 square feet to Cowtan & Tout for a showroom and office space at 205 Hudson St., New York, NY.
  • Represented landlord, an affiliate of Brookfield Office Properties, in the leasing of an entire floor, consisting of 43,374 square feet, in Two World Financial Center, New York, NY to Sedgwick LLP.
  • Lease representing Brookfield Properties, as landlord, in a lease of nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space to STK for a restaurant on the ground floor and concourse level of the building known as the Grace Building, located at 1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY, and a cafe in the pavilion on the 43rd Street Plaza of the building.
  • Lease representing Willis Group, as tenant, in its lease of more than 140,000 square feet in the Sears Tower, located at 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. As part of the negotiations, Willis was granted naming rights to what was then the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, which was renamed Willis Tower.
  • Lease representing Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., as tenant, in its lease of 336,000 square feet of headquarters space in the Ordway Building, located at One Kaiser Plaza, Oakland, California.
  • Lease representing WebMD LLC, as tenant, in its lease of 47,000 square feet in the building commonly known as Worldwide Plaza, located at 825 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY.
  • Lease representing 875 Third Avenue LLC, an entity of Eastgate Realty, as landlord, in a lease of nearly 30,000 square feet of office space to law firm Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. at 875 Third Avenue, New York, NY.
  • Lease representing RFL 160 Fifth LLC, an entity of RFR Realty, as landlord, in the leases of 61,370 square feet of office space to the Simons Foundation, Inc. and Euclidean Capital LLC at 160 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.
  • Lease representing RFL 160 Fifth LLC, an entity of RFR Realty, as landlord, in the lease of 15,219 square feet to Forrester Research, Inc. at 160 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.
  • Lease representing RFR Realty, as landlord, in the lease of 15,219 RSF of office space to Grohe America at 160 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.
